Security is key to Flightcrew’s culture and strategy - we won’t achieve our mission if customers can’t trust us with mission-critical infrastructure.

Flightcrew is secure by design, and we take measures from development to deployment to mitigate risk and earn the trust of our users.

We’re happy to share that we’ve achieved SOC 2 Type I compliance and are in the midst of our SOC 2 Type II audit. SOC 2 is the de facto standard for information security compliance - extending from application security to corporate controls.

In order to achieve compliance an independent third-party auditor assessed our security posture and confirmed that it meets key criteria for security, availability, and confidentiality. Reach out to us at security@flightcrew.io for a copy of the report.

As our customer base grows, we’re committed to providing continued reassurances around the security of our platform. We will renew SOC 2 audits annually and continue to improve our product, technology, and processes.

Achieving SOC 2 compliance requires a lot of manual work and somewhere in our journey we started asking Flightcrew to accelerate and preserve compliance. It works! You can read more here.
